OUTSOURCING:
Outsourcing can be an amazing option to get more done and get it done for less. In most outsourcing companies you pay for tasks rather than for hours. These are not employees of your company but rather independent contractors who work as needed for you. This is a great way to expand your ability to finish necessary tasks for your business but not have to spend a fortune hiring someone, paying taxes, unemployment taxes, healthcare, and everything else that can cripple a small business very quickly.
Below are some great resources to start looking for outsourcing help. These are not the only companies you can work with, there are thousands of others out there, however, these are the ones that I have used in the past and would recommend.
www.upwork.com – great for any general needs. Thousands of VA's are available to do anything from accounting, to social media, to email management and more.
www.freelancer.com – great for technical needs. If you need an app designed, a webpage built or something like that.
www.vasumo.com – great for US / Canadian based VA's. These guys work for a flat number of hours per month, but have excellent communication skills.
www.onlinejobs.ph – this is a Filipino site to hire Filipino workers. They can do any general tasks but they are generally looking for 40 hours per week.
As you can see there are lots of places to start, you just need to make the choice to do it.
